Pamela Fenech graduated from the University of Malta with an Honors Degree in Accountancy (B.A. Hons) and became a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants
(MIA). Along the years, she embarked on a Diploma in Taxation and became a Member of
the Malta Institute of Taxation (MIT).

Pamela Fenech is the owner of TACS Malta, a family-run business providing a wide range of
services including accountancy, audit, taxation and secretarial services to high net worth
individuals and businesses.

Throughout her career, Ms. Pamela Fenech assisted in the setting up of companies and
provided personal tax advise and corporate tax advise to individuals and family businesses
interested in setting up or relocating part of their business to Europe. During the years she
built an extensive network of trusted local and international associates. Currently her area
of expertise is consulting High Net Worth Individuals who seek alternative citizenship and
residence in the European Union.

Ms. Pamela Fenech is a Malta Identity-Accredited Agent by the Residence Malta Agency and the Community Malta Agency (license number AKM-TACS) and is also a Malta Authorized
Registered Mandatory (Registration number ARM03426).
